• We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address that you provide in your order details.  Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
  • For safety reasons your order’s data is not available via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
  • The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website and all prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices exclude delivery costs. You can use PayPal (including any cards they accept). When you have completed your selection and chosen to check out you have the choice to be transferred to PayPal.com.
  • You will be required to pay extra for delivery unless otherwise stated. You will be given the total price of the transaction including postage and packing before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs.
  • You may cancel your contract with us for the goods that you order at any time up to the end of the 10th working day from the date that you received the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty.
  • You cannot cancel your contract if the goods that you have ordered are custom made to a specific size or specification. This includes any personalised items as well as bespoke items. Additionally, contracts for earrings cannot be cancelled as the goods cannot be re-sold due to hygiene reasons. This is final and not open to negotiation.
  • To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing. This should be submitted in writing via post or by e-mail to: – sales@cjoutlet.co.uk
  • If we have made bespoke goods before you cancel your contract, then you do not have the right to cancel you must send the goods back to our contact address.
  • If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address as soon as possible. The costs of returning goods will be paid by you.
  • Once notified you are cancelling your contract any sum sent to us via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer will be re-credited to your account asap and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery we shall be entitled to deduct these costs from the amount to be re-credited to you.
  • The customer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period for a refund to be given.
  • Always obtain proof of postage when returning items, which will be given to you on request at your local post office. In the event of an item being lost on its way back to us, the proof of postage will be required for a refund to be actioned. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty/incorrectly personalised). Items lost by postal services whilst being returned are the concern of the customer and therefore if an item is ‘lost in transit’ recompense must be sought by the customer who has the contract with the postal service concerned.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered or one or more of the goods that you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sums as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  • We cannot sell alcoholic products or sharp objects to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse an order or refuse to make a delivery at our discretion. By placing an order you confirm that both you and the person the order is to be delivered to, are aged 18 years or over. We will ask you to confirm on each item that the purchaser is over 18 by tick box. We do not sell any goods to minors.
  • We will despatch the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us for delivery at the time you make your order, this cannot be changed after checkout. Ensure your delivery address is correct. Despatch will be made as soon as possible. Any date or period for delivery should be as indicative only.
  • You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered when they have been delivered. Refunds cannot be given if your goods are not passed onto you following delivery at the delivery address that you have given if later found to be incorrect.
  • We will not be responsible for delays in delivery.
  • If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing or email us at sales@cjoutlet.co.uk of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.   • If you do not receive the goods ordered within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, unless you notify us in writing or via email at sales@cjoutlet.co.uk of the problem within 35 day we shall not accept any liability. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at our option to make good any shortage or non-delivery, to refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
  • We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem that you notify to us and no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.
  • The purchaser must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from us. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. It is the purchaser’s liability to pay all fees concerned
  • None of these terms and conditions in any way affect your consumer rights under UK law.
  • We have no liability for any failure to deliver goods or any delay or for any damage or defect to goods delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
  • If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) all other parts of these conditions will be unaffected.
  • You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
  • A contract between CJ Outlet and any customer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
  • These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to a customer by CJ Outlet.
